In a perfect world yes you will have a secondary gunner, a teamate will have spotted the lib, there are friendly esfs to chase it, you hear it from 300m away, youve turned to face it, it flies really slowly right towards you and you manage to get the last shot in while taking minimal damage and everyone gives you a high five. If two people fail to see or hear a vehicle that is twice the size of a sundy and also the loudest in game, thats not a balance problem. Not to mention that a MBT is operated by two and reload times are a great chance to check the area. And if you are zerging and dont hear anything that still doesnt change anything with the fact, that the Lib has twice the size of a Sundy and gets spotted pretty quick when going close to a decent battle and therefor can be seen on the map. It requires the Tank to barely move, a approach angle were you arent seen and an attacking angle were you are vulnerable to main cannons and getting hit once is very bad since there is always flac/lockons/ ESF around which can easily finish you off.Īnd the Tankbuster isnt efficient at murdering its counter, in fact the Lib is the counter for MBT´s and not the other way around. Most Lib pilots dont even have the skill to do it.

Because, you know, that's literally all it does. Like flak actually damaging aircraft in the same way. Its cool if they want to leave it in, but then there should be counters. It just doesnt seem "fair" to be able to destroy a MBT so quickly without it having a chance to fight back. This is the only weapon in the game that is so efficient at murdering its counter. But names are names and if they were to base stats off of that then AP rounds would instagib armored targets, the hailstorm would shoot icy pellets, and the hawk would be a bird launcher.
